Service Options:
Client must
provide content for site. If research needs to be done to acquire content it will
be billed at: Research $35 per hour
Scanned photos do not always result
in the best quality photos. Whenever possible digital images should be used.
We can use your photos when you supply us with the photo card or we will take
photos for you at a rate of: Digital Photos $2.50 per photo
Any
retouching/resizing of scanned or digital images will be charged at a rate of:
Retouching Photos $2.50 each photo
Annual maintenance plan may be purchased for an additional fee. Maintenance plan includes changes to existing pages only.
Plan does not include addition of new pages or complex graphic/logo design. Plan
may be purchased for: Maintenance Plan $300 annually
Additional
e-mail accounts can be added, up to 10 per site. They can be added for a fee of:

Creation of logos or specialized graphics, including animated GIF's will be charged at a rate of: Special Graphics $35 per hour
Data
Processing services including scanning and/or converting paper hard copies, pdf

Virtual Panoramic View packages includes ten virtual images for tour viewing plus one front still shot.
The virtual images will be available in a 2 x 4 viewer from a link provided by
High Country Web Innovations. Other pkgs available.

Other things to keep in mind…
*Our
sites are built from scratch, not using templates so that each web site is unique.
*Home & content pages need to be kept around 250 words in length to avoid
endless scrolling pages.
*META tags for search engine placement only by keywords.
Search engine submission is responsibility of client.
*Half of pkg price
+ domain & hosting price is due upon before work can begin.
*Remainder
of pkg price (plus any additional fees) are due before deployment of site.
*High Country Web Innovations Reserves the right to use creative control on certain
factors of the web site creation.
*Additional pages may be purchased for
$100 per page.
