Booking Information

A deposit of 50% of the total hunt price is required to book a hunt. Deposits are non-refundable except we DO refund all deposits to those who do not draw their permit. Taxidermy fees, meat processing and license fees are expenses of the hunter. We will accept personal checks for deposits but require the balance be paid by cash, travelers checks, certified checks, or money order, before the hunt.

Applications

All licenses are on a drawing in Wyoming (except bear and Mountain Lion). License applications can be obtained from us or the Wyo. Game and Fish Dept., Cheyenne, Wyo.

You may apply singly or as a party up to 6 applicants for elk. Each applicant fills out an application. I will fill in the area portion and you fill in the personal info and sign. Mail all applications along with a certified check or money order (no cash or personal check) in the amount of number in party x license fee plus $10 application fee in the same envelope. Make payable to Wyo. Game and Fish Dept. There is a $10 non-refundable application fee for each applicant. Mail applications and your deposits (number in party x amount of deposit) to me. I will review application, fill in area and send to the Wyo. Game and Fish Dept. Please take note of the application deadlines on the front of this page. If you are unsuccessful in the drawing, I will refund your deposit.

BOOKING YOUR HUNT

We strongly recommend that you book your hunt early to assure you of the hunt date of your choice. A deposit of one-third of the total hunt price is required to book a hunt. If you are unsuccessful to draw the license, your deposit will be refunded to you. Nonresident licenses are a limited number and the quotas are issued by a computer drawing. Application procedures and deadlines for different game species change from year to year, so we advise you to keep in touch with us or the Wyoming Game and Fish Dept., Cheyenne, WY 82002.
